RESEARCHER
Lidya is a research officer at Alliance International Bioversity-CIAT. She is also a finance and development economist, development practitioner, gender equality advocate and a proud Rotaractor. As an Ethiopia project associate, she has worked closely with Precision Agriculture for Development (PAD) team members and other partner organizations to execute implementations of projects. She also supervised and coordinated qualitative and quantitative data collection (including farmer focus groups, interviews, surveys), data cleaning and analysis, and writing reports. She works with researchers to ensure that projects adhere to polices procedures and timelines.
