PUBLIC POLICY/ PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST
Eden is a public policy and public administration consultant with five years of experience in being embedded in public institutions with a focus on supporting capacity building, policy and strategy development and also implementation across different sectors in Ethiopia and Rwanda. She is currently embedded at Ministry of Health, Rwanda advising on the performance management system in the sector, and supporting the implementation of key interventions in specific priorities including reducing maternal mortality. Prior to moving to Rwanda, Eden supported key public institutions including the Prime Minister’s Office and Jobs Creation Commission in developing and implementing policies, strategies and interventions on investment attraction, export promotion, and job creation sectors. Eden is passionate about improving governance in Africa and building the capacity of public institutions to improve development outcomes. She holds an MSC in international development; public policy and management from The University of Manchester.
